The project is located near the very top of a hill just outside Boglietto, home to Distillery Beccaris, famous for its fantastic Grappa and fortified wines. Also, within easy driving distance you will find the villages of Canelli, Santo Stefano Belbo, Castagnole Delle Lanze and of course Cortiglione D’Asti. Here you will be spoilt for choice regarding shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. Especially Castagnole Delle Lanze is famous for its fantastic music events. 

The property includes app. 0,5 hectares of existing vineyards. App. 3,500 sq.mt. is planted with the local Barbera grape and app. 1,500 sq.mt. with Moscato grape.  Both vineyards are officially DOC registered which means that you have the ability to produce your own wine under the region’s classifications.

The property is accessed via a communal asphalt road and has access to the electricity grid as well as the communal water system.
