Here you are in the heart of the UNESCO world heritage zone and on the very edge of the ancient Val Sarmassa Nature Reserve with its amazing flora and fauna.

We have discussed the opportunities of this building with one of our creative Geometras / Architects and identified the possibility of creating no less than 6 spacious self-catering holiday flats with lots of additional space for communal activities, outdoor kitchen and a swimming pool. 

The 3 identical houses are interconnected and share a wide and beautiful central staircase providing access to the first and second floors.

All three houses have recently been cleared out so it is really easy to assess the quality of the building and the many possibilities it represents. The entire property is structurally sound with circa 75% of the roof and windows being renovated. In addition, the 6 units identified as potential self-catering apartments already have their own bathrooms (requiring modernisation) which will significantly reduce the cost of modernising the entire project.  

The grounds in front of the house include 3 garages with overlaying hayloft which our Geometra suggest turning into an outdoor kitchen and lounge area from where one can enjoy the snow-capped mountains in the distance and from where there will be direct access to a swimming pool.

At the back of the house there is ample space for parking.
